Beginning September 5th, Esprit apartments’ internet and TV services will move from Spectrum to Smartaira/DirecTV with increased internet speeds and enhanced TV channel lineup at the same price. Please refer to the FAQs below regarding the details of the packages and the installation schedule.

Please contact Smartaria to set up the additional internet speed and TV channels. These extra services will be set up and billed separately with Smartaira.
The Smartaira technician will install new router(s) and cable box(es) for all the access points in your home. The standard installation takes 30 – 45 minutes, but if your apartment has more access points, the installation may take longer.
Regarding your specific installation date and time, we sent you an email from Esprit Marina del Rey on Friday, August 18. If you didn't receive that email, please look in your SPAM or Junk email folder.

To ensure the internet upgrade goes smoothly and promptly for our entire community, Smartaira is conducting the installation in each apartment in a pre-set schedule. To ensure the installation goes smoothly for our entire community, the installation schedule cannot be adjusted.
If you’re unable to be home during your installation date and time, please contact Resident Services to provide us with permission to enter your apartment to complete the installation.
Your cooperation will help prevent any disruptions to your internet and TV access.
On October 1st, Spectrum will cease all services for Esprit residents. If you keep your internet and TV package with Spectrum, you will need to contact Spectrum to set up your account and payment directly with them, and you are still responsible for the cost of Smartaira’s internet and TV package as part of your residence at Esprit.
Please return all of Spectrum’s equipment, including the router, cable box(es), and TV remote(s) by bringing them to Resident Services by September 30. Any equipment returned after September 30 may be subject to a late return fee by Spectrum.
